Self-Care Your Way to Positive
What if there were practical and fun ways to bring more peace and joy into your life? If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or the effects of trauma, this group is for you. Learn a new perspective on “self-care” that will translate into reducing anxiety and depression, and provide you with tools to better manage stress. Weekly group sessions will also include the opportunity for each member to process their week and talk about current stressors in a supportive environment.
